Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: If 3+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: RTTY ANTENNA The Canadian Coast Guard, Maritime Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the supply and delivery of one (1) RTTY antenna, tower support guy wires and anchors, and all assembly hardware. The specifications which provide more detail are included in the Request for Proposal document. The delivery date for all deliverables is no later than 31 January 2013. IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGE: Recent policy changes require that Bidders must submit Code of Conduct Certifications - Consent to a Criminal Record Verification with their Bid, by the bid closing date, as detailed in Part 5 - Certifications in the Request for Proposal document. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
