This is a Notice of Proposed Procurement in regards to a Bid Solicitation against PWGSC Supply Arrangement E60HN-16ELECxxx for the supply of various Electrical Hardware and Supplies.

Only pre-qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.

As a requirement of this Supply Arrangement, this notice is published on GETS for a period of 15 calendar days.

Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement for the supply of various electrical hardware and supplies cannot submit their bid.
FMF Cape Scott, HMC Dockyard, Maritime Forces Atlantic, Halifax, Nova Scotia, has the requirement for the attached electronic products.
Requested delivery for the product is on or before October 31, 2018.
The responsive Supplier already holding a Supply Arrangement for the items mentioned above will be awarded a contract.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA),  and this notice is published in accordance with that Agreement.

NOTE:   This Supply Arrangement (SA) is refreshed on an ongoing basis.  If you wish to find out how you can become a qualified SA holder, and/or to obtain additional information regarding this SA program, please contact PWGSC at Steve.dumaresq@pwgsc.gc.ca.
