    Public Works and Government Services Canada requires the
    purchase of workstation accessories for the new RCMP "H"
    Division Building in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
    
    Workstation accessories are organizational tools for systems
    furniture workstations.  The slat rail and slat wall attach to
    the systems furniture workstation panels with removable brackets
    and are used in conjunction with removable items such as
    telephone caddies, shelves, and letter holders.  Their purpose
    is to organize the workspace and provide the end user with more
    space on their desk top to perform their required tasks.

    Accessory Element:  slat wall panel mounting brackets 12" high

    Accessory Rail:  60" long   544 units
    Accessory Rail: panel mounting brackets.   544 sets
    Shelf:  24" wide x 10 3/4" deep.  All dimensions plus or minus
    1/2".
    Letter Tray: 12.5" wide x 10" deep x 2 1/2" high.  All
    dimensions plus or minus 1/2".  Finish: clear plastic.   496
    units
    Telephone Caddy:  8" wide x 11" high x 2" deep.  All dimensions
    plus or minus 1/2".  Finish: Clear Plastic  496 units
    
    Notes:
    
    1.	Exact size of rails and accessory element panels will vary in
    a few locations.
    2.	Supplier will be responsible for confirming all sizes on
    furniture drawings.
    3.	CAD drawings will be supplied to the successful bidder.
    4.	Finish for all above components (except clear plastic where
    indicated) to be metal with closest colour match to Steelcase
    Champagne Metallic colour within their standard colour range).
    
    Delivery is required after January 15, 2013 but no later than
    March 20, 2013.
