The Request for Supply Arrangement (RFS) consists of issuing a
number of Supply Arrangements (SA) for various Maritime Forces
Atlantic customers in the Halifax Regional Municipality for a
period of 3 years.

The Supply Arrangement is for the supply of plywood and lumber
as specified in the solicitation document.

This is a request that proposals for Supply Arrangements (SA) be
developed and submitted to Public Works and Government Services
Canada (PWGSC).  Supply Arrangements are non-binding agreements
between PWGSC and other government departments (arranged on
their behalf by PWGSC) and suppliers are to provide a range of
goods on an "as and when requested" basis.  A Supply Arrangement
is a list of pre-qualified suppliers identified as potential
sources from which DND can obtain firm price quotations on
specific requirements.  Supply Arrangements include a set of
predetermined terms and conditions that will apply to any
subsequent contract.

Issuance of a Supply Arrangement does not guarantee an offeror
will receive subsequent contracts.

no later than five (5) calendar days before the Request for
Supply Arrangement closing date.
