specialty service Structural Engineering in the geographic
region of Nova scotia.  The following SA holders have been

Description of the requirement:

Title:   Culvert Replacement - South of Effies Brook

Scope:

PWGSC requires professional services to replace the existing 
South of Effies Brook Culvert with a new river crossing
structure.  The culvert is located along the Cabot Trail in the
Cape Breton Highlands National Park, Nova Scotia.

NOTE:  The Heavy Civil Supply Arrangement is subject to an
