This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Task and Solutions
Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement
E60ZN-13TSPS-SAA.   All terns and conditions of the Task and
Solutions Professional Services Supply Arranement apply and are
incorporated into any resulting contract.

The requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply
Arrangement holders:

Real Property Project Managers (Level 1)

The Project Management group of PWGSC's Real Property Branch
(RPB) is seeking project management services to support projects
managed in each of the following metropolitan areas.
Halifax:		Level 1 Real Property Project Manager:	1
			Level 2 Real Property Project Manager	2
Sydney:		Level 2 Real Property Project Manager	1

Moncton:		Level 1 Real Property Project Manager:	1
			Level 2 Real Property Project Manager	2

Charlottetown:	Level 2 Real Property Project Manager	1

St. John's:		Level 1 Real Property Project Manager:	1
			Level 2 Real Property Project Manager	1


To be declared responsive a bid must:

(a)	comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation
(b)	meet all mandatory evaluation criteria

Bids not meeting (a) or (b) will be declared non-responsive. 
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of contract.

Personnel security level:	Reliability Status

Proposed contract period:  date of award until March 31, 2017
with three option periods of one-year duration.    

Four contracts may be issued:  one for each province.

Questions must be forwarded in writing to the Contracting
Authority no later than five (5) days prior to bid closing.
