Description of the Requirement:

The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for real property project management services to support projects managed in each of the following metropolitan areas:

 Nova Scotia - Haifax
 New Brunswick - Moncton
 Prince Edward Island - Charlottetown
 Newfoundland & Labrador - St. John’s


Level of Security Requirement: 

Company Minimum Security Level Required - Reliablity

Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability

Applicable Trade Agreements:

AIT, NAFTA, WTO-AGP

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award to March 31, 2017, with three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the date of the contract(s).
