THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT 

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishings of all labour, permits, material, equipment and tools required to repair and install new asphalt and concrete surfaces including granular bases preparation at various locations within CFB Halifax in Nova Scotia, on an "as and" when requested basis. 

Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for One year (1)  plus an additional four (4),12 month option periods, if required.

This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), Canada-Chile, Canada-Peru and Canada-Culombia trade agreements
