RISO - Interior / Exterior Painting, Various Buildings, 14 Wing Greenwood, Greenwood, Nova Scotia.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  This Standing Offer is for the provision of all labour, material, tools, and equipment required to carry out paint repairs, complete or partial on interior or exterior areas.The location of the work is 14 Wing Greenwood, Greenwood, Nova Scotia.  All work is to be completed on an "as and when required" basis in accordance with Annex "A" Specification JOB NO. L-G111-9900/1081, Dated 2017-09-11 forming part of the bid document.

In general terms, the work includes the following:

.1 Preparation of surfaces.
.2 Interior painting.
.3 Exterior painting.
.4 Varnishing.
.5 Installation of vinyl wall coverings.
.6 Clean-up.

The period of this Standing Offer will be for a one (1) year period, with a two (2) year option periods to extend the contract for 12 months each.
