Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of
Environment Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery
of one (1) Alternate Current (AC) Driven Fork Lift.  The
requirement includes Warranty Maintenance and Repairs of the
forklift, and the successful Contractor must provide forklift
operator training in accordance with the requirement specified
herein. Delivery address is Environment Canada, 275 Rocky Lake
Rd, Unit 8B, Bedford, Nova Scotia.

The Forklift must meet all mandatory technical requirements to
be deemed compliant.

Sourcing:  The Notice of Proposed Procurement will be posted on
the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for a minimum
forty (40) day period.  This requirement is subject to the
provisions of NAFTA and  the Agreement on Internal Trade  (AIT).
