    Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of Cape
    Breton Organization have a requirement to supply, transport, and
    plant 30,000 wetland plants for its Neville Street, Passive
    Treatment System located in Reserve Mines, Cape Breton, Nova
    Scotia.  Approximately 50% of the wetland has already been
    planted during the Fall of 2014. It is a bermed, meandering
    channel and approximately 1.0 hectare of future constructed
    wetland area remains to be planted. 
    
    Planting species shall include only wetland plants : 
    
    Phragmites Americaus (native reed);
    Typha Latifolia (common cattail);
    Iris Pseudoacorus (yellow flag);
    Scirpus Iacustrus
    
    70% (21,000) of the planting shall be of the native common
    cattail, with 10% (3,000) each of the other three species
    indicated above.
    
    The substrate is currently in place at the site, and is fairly
    uniform 300mm thickness in an un-compacted state.
    
    Planting shall take place between early June and no later than
    late July 2015.

    This requirement is subject to the provisions of : Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT) only. Annex 1001.1b-2 Services - Section B
    - Excluded Coverage Schedule of Canada F007 Seedling
    Production/Transplanting services is excluded from NAFTA.  This
    is the most appropriate GSIN  for this requirement as there is a
    Transplanting/Service component to this requirement in addition
    to growing from seeds.
