Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: JACQUELYN STEVENSON 902.403.3520 - telephone jacquelyn.stevenson@pwgsc.gc.ca ARTICULATING BOOM LIFT For the supply and delivery of an Articulating Boom Lift, to 14 Wing Greenwood, Greenwood, Nova Scotia in accordance with the specifications listed in Annex A of the solicitation document. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). It is mandatory that all the deliverables requested are to be receivedon-site and set to work on or before 31 March 2016. If delivery cannot be met, the contract will be terminated. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority: JACQUELYN STEVENSON, E-Mail: jacquelyn.stevenson@pwgsc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 496-5016. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient timeto respond.
