Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: GSIN: JD4210D - Firefighting Equipment, Marine Systems - Repair, Overhaul and Modification Regional Individual Standing Offer for Halon Services THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT The period of the Standing Offer will be one (1) year with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement for miscellaneous Halon Equipment Maintenance onboard HMC Ships, HMC Submarines, CF auxiliary vessels, and associated equipment as and when requested. Services include the repair, installation, removal, inspection, retrofit, relocation, testing and evacuation of HALON systems. Services will primarily occur within Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM); however, services may, on occasion, have to be performed at ports outside this geographic area. A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called-up on any resulting RISO. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
