Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement on behalf of Atlantic Region Federal Departments to issue a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the provision of Shipboard Hydraulic System Repairs in accordance with the associated technical specification detailed in the Statement of Work and applicable Annexes and Appendices. 

The work period dates are:

Year 1: Date of Contract - 31 October 2017
Year 2: 01 November 2017- 31 October 2018

NOTE: Bidders are hereby informed that the amount of time to obtain required security clearance levels may be lengthy and is contingent upon the specific clearance levels required. Bidders are solely responsible for obtaining such clearances.

Bidders who currently do not meet the facility security clearance requirements and (or) personnel security clearance are advised to initiate the security clearance process immediately by requesting sponsorship from the Contracting Authority.This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

This procurement is set aside from the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) - exemption reference: Chapter10, Annex 1001.2b, General Notes, Schedule of Canada - paragraph 1(a).  It is also set aside from the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) - exemption reference: Annex 4, Note 4.

This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides procurement services in both official languages of Canada. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
