Specifications outlined in Annex A for more details. Evaluation Criteria: Mandatory Technical Criteria, Pass/Fail Basis of Selection: The lowest bid meeting the mandatory technical criteria will be issued a contract. Competitive Requirement: 40 calendar day posting Mandatory Delivery Date: On or before March 31, 2018. The funding for this equipment is allotted for this fiscal year, and MUST be delivered by March 31, 2018. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: January Browne, january.browne@pwgsc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 496-5016. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
