Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of the Agriculture & Agri-Food  Canada has a requirement for the provision for the supply and delivery of one (1)  Inline Round  bale Wrapper  to the Agriculture & Agri-Food  Canada,  Nappan  Research Farm , located in Nappan , Nova Scotia. Specifications outlined in Annex A for more details.

Evaluation Criteria: Mandatory Technical Criteria, Pass/Fail

Basis of Selection: The lowest bid meeting the mandatory technical 
criteria will be issued a contract.

Competitive Requirement: 40 calendar day posting

Mandatory Delivery Date: On or before March 31, 2018.
 
The funding for this equipment is allotted for this fiscal year, and MUST be delivered by March 31, 2018.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
