The Bedford Insitute of Oceanography (BIO), Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. 2. Traffic Center, Shannon Hill, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. 3. Coast Guard Hangar, Shearwater, Nova Scotia. Full requirement forms part of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document. This office provides service to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
