    CONCRETE WORK, RESTORATION, EPOXY INJECTION.
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
    Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishings of all
    labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation and
    supervision required to perform miscellaneous concrete work,
    concrete restoration and injection work to concrete and masonry
    surfaces for exterior and interior of buildings and grounds
    within  CFB Halifax in Nova Scotia, on an "as and" when
    requested basis. 
    
    Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be  from
    December 25, 2016 to December 24, 2017 plus an additional two
    (2),12 month option periods, if required.
    
    Mandatory Requirement at solicitation closing date:
    1.0 Offerors must posses a minimum of five (5) years related
    experience in providing miscellaneous concrete work, restoration
    and injection. Offerors MUST use the tables in PART 4 -
    EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION to list three (3)
    major projects/ contracts (one for each project).
    
    Failure to comply with these Mandatory requirement above will
    render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will
    be given to the Bid.
