ARTISTIC PAINTING & Creating

To provide miscellaneous Artistic Painting & Creative Services
for HMC Ships, Submarines, CF auxiliary vessels, and associated
DND Units within the Halifax Region Municipality, (HRM), area,
as and when requested.

A3) SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor to carry out all required
taskings using the best economical and commercial practices
available. All work is to be performed in accordance with
specifications as assigned to each specific call-up as directed
by the Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMFCS) Contracts
Office. All work is to be performed in accordance with the

A3.1) All work must be conducted in accordance with the labour
and environmental regulations within the jurisdiction that the
work is carried out in. All personnel and equipment must be
certified and licensed as required under all local, provincial
and federal laws and regulation

A3.2)  The contractor will be required to carry out decorative
naval artistic painting and creating intricate designs on kisby
rings, battle honour boards, tide boards, signs, brow curtains,
and other decorative Naval items.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
