The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of DRDC, has a requirement for a Differential Scanning Calorimeter. The item will be used in the characterization of material used in project work for the Naval Signatures program. A number of accessories as well as installation and on-site training for 4 individuals is included as part of this requirement.
