    Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of Department of National Defence, has a requirement for a service contract to provide all of the labour, material, tools, cleaning supplies, equipment and transportation associated with cleaning services for the Cadet Training Centre located at 14 Wing Greenwood, NS. These services will be required for the duration of the 2019 Summer Cadet Training Program with options to include the 2020 & 2021 programs.

    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect.     Mandatory Site Visit: A mandatory site visit will take place at 14 Wing Greenwood on Tuesday, 15 January, 2019. The site visit will begin at 13:15 AST at Building 60, 687 Ad Astra Way, 14 Wing Greenwood, NS. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Thursday, 10 January 2019 by 15:00 AST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will be in attendance. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

    The period for this contract will be for a one (1) year Initial Period with two (2) 1-year Optional Periods.
