Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for provisions of all labour, material, tools, test equipment and equipment necessary to perform minor construction and/or minor repairs and maintenance to buildings and building eqipment, including strucural, electrical, mechanical and painting at the following locations:  Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Traffic Centre, Dartmouth and Coast Guard Hangar, Shearwater.  This requirement is on an "as" and "when" requested basis.

The period of the Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for a one year period beginning on April 1, 2017 with the option to extend up to two additional one year periods if required.

SECURITY
In order to be awarded a contract which contains a security requirement, all biddersMUST hold a valid Security Clearance granted or approved by PSPC Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at the level indicated in this Solicitation document.
