REQUIREMENT:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform maintenance, repairs, replacement of parts or systems with new install for overhead doors and associated equipment, automatic doors, rolling gates and grilles located at various locations of CFB Halifax and outlying areas.

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is for a one (1) year period from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022 with the Option to extend beyond the initial period for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

SECURITY:
There is a Reliability Status Security requirement with this Solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
