REQUIREMENT:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Marine Atlantic Inc., has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to provide all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the provision of repair and maintenance services for hydraulic equipment and systems on the fleet of vessels situated in North Sydney, NS and Port aux Basque, NL and any future vessels MAI may acquire as well as 2 Shore Facilities.  Supplier will be required to provide both on-demand and preventative maintenance services as well as innovative services and solutions to significantly mitigate downtime of equipment.

The current fleet and facilities for this SO are as follows:

Atlantic Vision
Blue Puttees
Shore Facilities - Auto Tensioning and Auto Mooring Winches
Shore Facilities - Transfer Bridges

All work is to be completed in conformance with Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Rules.

The area of delivery is North Sydney, Nova Scotia, B2A 3V2, Port aux Basques, NL A0M 1C0.

PHASED BID COMPLIANCE PROCESS:

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The period of the Contract will be 2 years from date of award with the option of two additional periods.  Option Period 1 will be for 2 years; Option Period 2 will be for 1 year.
