This is a three (3) year Regional Master Standing Offer which with a one year option period that will be used by the various federal government departments in Nova Scotia. This Standing Offer is for deliveries of propane that do not have a security requirement. See Statement of Work for full technical details. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
