The existing steam plate coil has failed and a replacement is required to get the evaporator operational. DELIVERY DATE: All the deliverables are requested to be received within ten (10) weeks of contract award CFB Halifax Dockyard D206 Main Warehouse Door 1-13 HMS Dockyard 2519 Provo Wallis St Halifax, NS B3K 5X5 Canada Optional Site Visit: It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at CFB HALIFAX, Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott on December 5th, 2019. All attendees are to meet at the Rainbow Gate. The site visit will begin at 13:00 AST. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than December 3rd, 2019 at 17:00 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority: Richard Parsons, email: richard.parsons@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
