    Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMFCS) has a requirement for one (1) replacement steam plate coil for the evaporator in the chemical cleaning facility. The existing steam plate coil has failed and a replacement is required to get the evaporator operational.

    All the deliverables are requested to be received within ten (10) weeks of contract award

    Optional Site Visit:
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at CFB HALIFAX, Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott on December 5th, 2019. All attendees are to meet at the Rainbow Gate. The site visit will begin at 13:00 AST.
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than December 3rd, 2019 at 17:00 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.

    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
