    Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) requires software for predicting the transmission of
    sound and vibration at high frequencies through complex structural-acoustic systems such as a ship.
    The statistical energy analysis (SEA) method is well suited for quick system level response predictions at high frequencies (above the frequencies used in finite element methods). DRDC would like to utilize SEA structural-acoustic software for underwater-radiated noise predictions from marine vessels.
    
    The requirement is for a perpetual software license and one (1) year software maintenance and support with four (4) 1-year Optional Periods for software maintenance and support.
    
    The software must be ‘off-the-shelf’.

    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WW7707-227147/A dated 2022-02-28 with a closing of 2022-03-08 at 2:00 ADT.  
    The solicitation is being re-issued because no bids were received during the initial process.
    Some Suppliers may be invited directly to bid on this solicitation.
