    Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of
    various government departments, has a requirement for a Regional
    Master Standing Offer for the supply of fresh and frozen food
    for a one year period on an as and when requested basis.  Food
    is to be delivered to ship and shore units in various locations
    within Nova Scotia including, but not limited to, the area of
    Maritime Forces Atlantic - HRM, 14 Wing in Greenwood, Land
    Forces Atlantic Training Centre Aldershot, various locations
    throughout Halifax Regional Municipality and Sydney, Nova Scotia.

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
    Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
    North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
    on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    Canada intends to issue a maximum of three (3) standing offers
    per food category. The solicitation process could result in the
    award of up to 18 standing offers.
    
    The total estimated annual expenditure of approximately between
    $10 - 15,000,000.00 CAD is anticipated to be distributed as
    follows:

    1.	Meat, Poultry, Fish, Meat Alternatives -  $3M
    2.	Bread and Bread Products - $1M
    3.	Dairy & Dairy Products -  $2M
    4.	Fresh Fruit and Vegetables - $1M
    5.	Frozen Fruit and Vegetables - $1M
    6.	Groceries -  $3M
    
    Offerors' Conference
    
    An offerors' conference will be held at 1713 Bedford Row,
    Halifax, NS on 18 March 2015 at 13:30 Atlantic Time, location is
    the Greg Vaughan Boardroom on the first floor.
    
    The scope of the requirement outlined in the Request for
    Standing Offers (RFSO) will be reviewed during the conference
    and questions will be answered. It is recommended that offerors
    who intend to submit an offer attend or send a representative.
    
    Offerors are requested to communicate with the Standing Offer
    Authority before the conference to
    confirm attendance. Offerors should provide, in writing, to the
    Standing Offer Authority, the name
    of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they
    wish to table at least 2 working
    days before the scheduled conference.
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the RFSO resulting from the
    offerors' conference will be included
    as an amendment to the RFSO. Offerors who do not attend will not
    be precluded from submitting
    an offer.
