Natural Resources Canada requirement for the purchase and
installation of a deployable solid waste incinerator.  The waste
incinerator is to be delivered to the Natural Resources facility
in Ottawa Ontario, with installation, testing, commissioning,
and personnel training to be completed in Resolute, Nunuvut. 
Delivery is mandatory for 31 March 2016.
