Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Various Drummed Fuels, Oils and other products TRADE AGREEMENTS: This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). REQUIREMENT: To supply in new 205 Litre drums: Wide-Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel, Jet B, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.22-2002 (latest issue) with Fuel System Icing Inhibitor and Static Dissipator Additive; Aviation Turbine Fuel (Military Grade F-34) in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.24-2008 (latest issue), containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor; Unleaded Automotive Gasoline Grade 1, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.5-2011 (latest issue); Hydrex MV Arctic 15 Hydraulic Oil; Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2009 (latest issue), containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor and Static Dissipator Additive; Solvent, Varsol or equivalent; Havoline/Dex-Cool® Extended Life ethylene glycol for vehicles; OW30 Engine Oil; and HiTec 4858 Diesel Fuel Additive. To be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Montréal, Port of Valleyfield or Port of Côte St. Catherine, Quebec for furtherance by Sealift to different locations in northern Canada during the 2012 Eastern Arctic Sealift period. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENT: The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement: Inuit of Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Cambridge Bay, Eureka, Alert, Resolute Bay, Pond Inlet, Iqaluit, Coral Harbour and Repulse Bay, Nunavut. The benefits that apply to this procurement are contained in Article 24 of the NLCA. *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
