This Request for a Standing Offer cancels and supercedes, for the requirements indicated, the previous Request for a Standing Offer (RFSO) number E60HL-170051/A dated February 20, 2017, with a closing of March 29, 2017 at 2:00pm EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offerors who bid on the previous solicitation.

Requirement
National Master Standing Offers for marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as specified at Appendix "B".  Delivery to various locations in Canada as required during the period of date of June 1, 2017 and including May 31, 2019.  
Destinations
Any resulting Standing Offer may be used for destinations across Canada, including Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Areas.
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement
The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements apply to this procurement:
-  For deliveries to * Norman Wells, NT, the Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement
-  For deliveries to * Inuvik, NT, the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Gwichin Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement
*where deliveries to means goods delivered to, and services performed in.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
