The requirement is for supply CanmetENERGY with three (3) high
pressure  buffer tanks, in accordance with  ASME and the
specifications detailled in Annex A - Requirement.

 The buffer tanks must:
- be skid mounted and include all necessary connections/fittings.
- be suitable for outdoor installation.
- be equipped with two 2 inch x 1500lb ANSI flange connections
for gas inlet and outlet connections
- be vertically oriented with maximum assembly height not to
exceed 10 feet.
- be delivered  to  NRCAN - Ottawa (Canmet Energy at Bells
Corners)
