Nature of Requirements: 

This requirement is for supply of Packaged Oil and Lubricants to the department of National Defense across Canada as detailed at Annex A - Requirement, to locations indicated at Annex D - Delivery and Accounting Addresses List, attached hereto; as and when requested by the Identified User, during the period from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer, up to and including March 31, 2018.

The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements will apply to any resulting call-ups:

- For deliveries to* Inuvik, NT:
 the Inuvialuit Final Agreement;
 and the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.

- For deliveries to* Yellowknife, NT:
 the Tlicho Agreement

- For deliveries to* Whitehorse, YT:
the Umbrella Final Agreement with Council forYukon Indians;
the Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement; 
and the Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement. 

-For deliveries to*  Eureka, Rankin Inlet and Iqaluit, NUNAVUT:
the Tungavik Federation of Nunavut Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.

* where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in".

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
