ULTRA LOW SULPHUR DIESEL #1

REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

To supply 490,000 Litres of Automotive (On-road) Diesel Fuel, as
and when required, in accordance with CAN/CGSB 3.517-2007
(latest issue), Type A-ULS, Operability Cloud Point -43°C (P40
or P50).

Fuel is to be delivered by tank wagon into vessel at dock side
to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canadian Coast Guard
docks at Hay River, Fort Providence, Norman Wells and Inuvik in
the Northwest Territories.

Fuel is to be delivered from date of issuance of standing offer
up to and including 31 October 2012.


COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this
procurement for deliveries
to Norman Wells and Inuvik, Northwest Territories, where
"deliveries to" means goods delivered
to, and services performed in:

	Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) and Gwich'in Comprehensive
Land Claim Agreement 		(GCLCA) for deliveries to Inuvik; and
	Sahtu Dene and Métis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement
(SDMCLCA) for 			deliveries to Norman Wells.





Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
