Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the supply, delivery, and installation of a Bulk Nitrogen Delivery System with the capability of integration into the pilot facility control system. This procurement is for Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY. GSIN: N6830 Line 1: Bulk N2 Tank Rental FY 21/22 Quantity: 12.00 MONTHS Line 2: Bulk N2 Tank Rental FY 22/23 Quantity: 12.00 MONTHS Schedule The Contractor must deliver the Nitrogen Delivery System and all its related components within 90 days of contract award or from the time the installation site is deemed suitable for the successful bidder to begin installation, whichever is later. The system will be delivered at a CanmetENERGY facility within the National Capital Area. Security Requirement There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract. Trade Agreements This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) only. Basis of Selection A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
