TRADE AGREEMENTS

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

REQUIREMENT

To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
-Wide-Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel, Jet B, in accordance with St
andard
CAN/CGSB-3.22-2012 (latest issue) with Fuel System Icing Inhibitor OR Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2016 (latest issue), containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor 
-Automotive Gasoline, Grade 1, in accordance with Standard
CAN/CGSB-3.5-2016 (latest issue)
- Automotive (On-Road) Diesel Fuel, Type A-ULS witha-48°C temperature operability cloud point, in accordance with Standard CAN/CG
SB-3.517-2015 (latest issue)
-Naphtha, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.27-2012 (latest issue)
-Propylene Glycol - Premixed

Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to the Port of Sainte-Catherine, Quebec during the 2017 Eastern Arctic Sealift Operations to different locations in northern Canada; or to the Quebec City Coast Guard Base (101 Blvd. Champlain) approximately June 8th, 2017.

COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS

The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this procurement:

 1- Nunavut Land ClaimAgreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Eureka, Resolute Bay, Tanquary Fiord, Iqaluit, Igloolik, Repulse Bay and Pond Inlet, Nunavut. 

 *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services perf
ormed in.
