    ARCTIC NAVAL DISTILLATE FUEL 
    
    TRADE AGREEMENTS:
    
    This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and Canada’s bilateral trade agreements with Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Korea, Panama, Peru, and Ukraine.
    
    REQUIREMENT:
    
    This Canadian Coast Guard requirement is for the supply of a total potential quantity of 7,750,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel (Type 15, in accordance with CGSB Standard 3.11-2017 (latest issue), except Pour point max. -15°C, Cloud point max. -9°C, and Kinematic Viscosity at 40°C, min. 2.5 mm2/s and max. 4.2 mm2/s) as follows: a total firm quantity of 6,550,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 1,200,000 litres. 
    
    The product is required at several locations in the Arctic as follows:
    
    Item 1 - A firm quantity of 1,450,000 litres, and an additional optional quantity of up to 600,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessels Des Groseilliers, Captain Molly Kool, and Terry Fox at Iqaluit, Nunavut.
    
    Anticipated delivery date is July 22-24, 2019. 
    
    Item 2 - A firm quantity of 500,000 litres, and an additional optional quantity of up to 200,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Sir Wilfrid Laurier at Kugluktuk, Nunavut. 
    
    Anticipated delivery date is September 23, 2019. 
    
    Item 3 - A firm quantity of 400,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Captain Molly Kool at Iqaluit, Nunavut. 
    
    Anticipated delivery date is July 8, 2019. 
    
    Item 4 - A firm quantity of 600,000 litres, and an additional optional quantity of up to 200,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Captain Molly Kool at Iqaluit, Nunavut. 
    
    Anticipated delivery date is August 19 2019.
    
    Item 5 - A firm quantity of 400,000 litres, and an additional optional quantity of up to 200,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Captain Molly Kool at Iqaluit, Nunavut. 
    
    Anticipated delivery date is September 23, 2019.
    
    Item 6 - A firm quantity of 1,400,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Terry Fox in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. 
    
    Anticipated delivery date is September 4, 2019.
    
    Item 7 - A firm quantity of 1,000,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Des Groseilliers at Resolute Bay, Nunavut or another mutually agreeable location in the area. 
    
    Anticipated delivery date is August 20, 2019.
    
    Item 8 - A firm quantity of 800,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Louis S. St. Laurent at Nanisivik, Nunavut.
    
    Anticipated delivery date is August 26-28, 2019.
    
    The optional quantities of fuel listed above may be exercised in whole or in part at time of ordering the firm quantity or in time for the delivery.
    
    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
    
    The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements apply:
    
    - For deliveries to* Kugluktuk, NU; Iqaluit, NU; Cambridge Bay, NU; Resolute Bay, NU; and Nanisivik, NU the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
    
    * where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in".
    
    LUBRICITY REQUIREMENT:
    
    Naval Distillate Fuel must have a wear scar diameter of less than or equal to 460 µm at 60°C.
