REQUIREMENT

To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
- Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2016 (latest issue), containing Static Dissipator Additive and Fuel System Icing Inhibitor 
OR
- Wide Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet B), Standard CAN/CGSB-3.22-2012 (latest issue). Containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor + Static Dissipator Additive.

- Unleaded Automotive Gasoline Grade 1 standard CAN/CGSB-.3.5-2016 (latest issue)
- Automotive (On-Road) Diesel Fuel, Type A-ULS with a -48°C temperature operability cloud point, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.517-2017 (latest issue) 
- "April Superflo" Synthetic Blend Engine Oil; 0W-30 D-SF
- Powerhouse Oil "Valvoline Premium Blue" Heavy Duty Cummins Diesel Engine Oil; 15W40
- Havoline/Dex-Cool® Extended Life ethylene glycol for vehicles
Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to the Montreal Area, Quebec or the port of Quebec City, Quebec, for the 2018 Eastern Arctic Sealift, for furtherance to locations in Nunavut.

COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS

The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this procurement:

 1- Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Eureka, Resolute Bay, Coral Harbour, Naujaat and Iqaluit, Nunavut. 

 *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
