Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: To supply in new 205-litre drums: - Automotive (On-Road) Diesel Fuel, Type A-ULS with a -48°C temperature operability cloud point, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.517-2017 (latest issue) - Automotive Gasoline Grade 1, Standard CAN/CGSB-3.5-2016 (latest issue) - Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1), Standard CAN/CGSB-3.517-2020 (latest issue). Containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor + Static Dissipator Additive. - Valvoline Premium Blue Diesel Engine Oil Synthetic; 15W40 - SAE 5W-40 Synthetic Diesel Engine Oil - Varsol Parts Cleaner (Recochem Inc.) Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to the Montreal Area, Quebec or the port of Quebec City, Quebec, for the 2020 Eastern Arctic Sealift, for furtherance to locations in Nunavut. The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement: Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Cambridge Bay , Eureka, Iqaluit, Killiniq, Naujaat, Pond Inlet, and Resolute Bay, Nunavut *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in. This requirement is limited to Inuit businesses on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). - This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Aboriginal people or for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement. This procurement is subject to The Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (The Nunavut Agreement). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
