Requirement
Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the design, supply 
and delivery of an Electric Circulation Heater suitable for heating natural gas for Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY.  The product must include the following components: Flanged heater bundle, Pressure vessel, Instrumentation (thermocouples) and Insulation.

Schedule
While the desired delivery date is no later than February 26, 2021, the Bidder will be requested to offer their best delivery date.

Security Requirement
There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract.

Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Basis of Selection
