Requirement
Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a Contractor to supply bulk liquid Nitrogen; and install, maintain and lease a storage tank, for the Canadian Space Agency?s (CSA) David Florida Laboratory in Ottawa. 

The period of the resulting Contract is from award date to March 31, 2023 with the option to extend by up to four (4) additional one-year(1) periods under the same terms and conditions.

Schedule
While initial supply of bulk Liquid Nitrogen and installation of storage tank is requested to be delivered July 1, 2022, the Bidder will be requested to offer their best delivery date.

Security Requirement
There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract.

Trade Agreements
The Canadian Space Agency is identified as not covered under the Trade Agreements.

Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

A Limitation of Liability clause has been incorporated into the resulting contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
