Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: PSPC Officer: Brian Moore Tel: (613) 296-8923 E60HN-20CCTV/A This combination Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Businesses (PSAB) and Non-PSAB Request for Standing Offers is to facilitate the procurement of frequently purchased Closed-Circuit Television equipment. Regional Master Standing Offers will be issued to qualified PSAB and Non-PSAB offerors in each of 6 regions individually (Atlantic, Quebec, NCR, Ontario, Western and Pacific). The work under the Standing Offer comprises offering design, pricing, supply, delivery, installation, integration and as and when needed maintenance services on video surveillance systems. The Offerors must provide turn-key hardware, software and servicing solutions designed to fulfill CCTV systems requirements. The Closed-Circuit Television equipment available on these Standing Offers will be divided into the following 5 Closed-Circuit Television equipment categories: IP Network and Analog Cameras, Digital and Analog Video Recorders, Control Systems, Switchers and Management Software, Transmission Equipment and Monitors. Two useful tools each found on the acquisition branch web site will be available to Designated Users. The first one is a spreadsheet for quickly filtering SO ranking results by region, manufacturer or equipment category. The second tool provides MSRP pricing for allowable products by manufacturer. Any authorized representative of a Canadian government departments or Crown Corporation or an agency located across Canada, as these are defined in the Financial Administration Act, is permitted to utilize the standing offers. In addition the Standing Offer may be extended to provincial governments. The following provinces and territories who have shown interest in making Call-ups against the Standing Offer: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Alberta, and Manitoba. The period of the Standing Offer is for one year with options to extend up to two (2) additional one-year periods. Offerors may offer in one or all of the six (6) regions identified above. There is no "National Designation". To be considered responsive in each region, offerors must offer individually. Responsive offerors who offer one of the 3 highest percentage discounts per manufacturer, in at least three (3) different equipment categories will be recommended for issue of a Standing Offer. More than one Standing Offer may be issued to one or more regions. This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
