TITLE:  NETWORK ANALYZER

Health Canada has a requirement for one (1) Network Analyzer for
delivery to Ottawa, Ontario by March 29, 2013.

The Statement of Requirement for an RF Network Analyzer is as
follows:

1.  The RF Network Analyzer must operate in the minimum
frequency range of 50 MHz to 20 GHZ.
2.  Must have at least two test ports
3.  Have user configurable disply interface.
