Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: E60HN-21GNTR/A Kelly, Ruth Telephone No. - (819) 230-6003 ( ) Request for Standing Offers - RFSO The Department of Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of any government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, C.F-11, as well as provinces and territories (excluding Nunavut), including their municipal, academic institutions, school and hospital (MASH) sectors, has a requirement to establish up to eight National Master Standing Offers (NMSOs) for the supply of portable generators (Inverter and AC/Conventional) on an "as and when requested" basis. The duration of the National Master Standing Offer(s) will be for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for and additional two - one-year period. A portion of this procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and all International bilateral Trade Agreements (Peru, Panama, Columbia, Chile, Honduras and Ukraine), except for PSAB offers submitted. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
