    Description
    Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru
    FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA
Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid
    Attachment: None
Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal
    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No
    Nature of Requirements:
    Description of Requirement

Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) to supply electronic parts
and components, tools, test instruments, radio frequency and
microwave components throughout Canada. These products are
generally included in the federal classification of goods 59
excluding N5975 electrical harware and supplies and are also
    included in classifications 51, 52, 53, 60 and 66.

This notice is being issued as the perpetual Notice for Supply
    Arrangement (SA) E60HN-11ELEC.

This Perpetual Notice invites additional suppliers to submit
arrangements to become pre-qualified Suppliers under Terms and
    Conditions of E60HN-11ELEC until 19 December 2014.

Also, this notice permits existing pre-qualified Suppliers under
the SA to submit new groups for which they are not already
    qualified.

The Government of Canada has launched a program to improve the
way the government does business, with a focus on identifying
and implementing innovative ways to deliver goods and services
smarter, faster, and at reduced costs. The Government is using
strategic practices to identify suppliers who offer the best
price/quality value proposition to Canada and to accelerate cost
savings across commodity areas. This work is guided by the
    Government of Canada's principles of transparency;
accountability and high ethical conduct in doing business.

An SA is a method of supply used by Public Works and Government
Services Canada to procure goods and services. A SA is an
arrangement between Canada and pre-qualified suppliers that
allows identified users to solicit bids from a pool of
pre-qualified suppliers for specific requirements within the
scope of a SA. A SA is not a contract for the provision of the
goods and services described in it and neither party is legally
bound as a result of signing a SA alone. The intent of a SA is
to establish a framework to permit expeditious processing of
individual bid solicitations which result in legally binding
contracts for the goods and services described in those bid
    solicitations.

If a supplier would like to qualify for a Supply Arrangement
under this RFSA, it must obtain the RFSA documents by contacting
    MERX and requesting Number E60HN-11ELEC/F.

Pre qualified suppliers for which a SA has already been issued
under E60HN-11ELEC/B, and which is still valid, will not have to
    submit a new arrangement.
    Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
