The Department of National Defence of Canada has a requirement
to purchase firm quantities of test set, sonar to be delivered
in CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and HMC
Dockyard, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. 

Items that are equivalent in form, fit, function and quality to
the item(s) specified below will be considered.
