Trade Agreement: LCSA/AIT Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The National Energy Board requires a contractor that can provide turnkey Audio Visual commissioning for the new building and ongoing support services. The AV contractor is to provide a fully operational AV system for the National Energy Board including small, medium and large meeting rooms and special purpose spaces: hearing room, hearing 'retiring room', board room, emergency operations centre (EoC) law library, HR training room, IT training room and conference centre. The AV systems are to be complete, fully functional and include all equipment and services required to make the system operational. Location: Calgary, Alberta. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
