This requirement is for the assembly, disassembly and modification of five (5) Mobile Integrated Remote System (MIRS) vehicles for Industry Canada.

Background:  To carry out our mandate, we need to maintain our vehicle fleet in accordance with the TBS Directive on Fleet Management: Light-Duty Vehicles. To that end, additional vehicles were acquired this year, and spectrum monitoring equipment must be installed so that spectrum management officers can do their work. Equipment from two vehicles will be recycled and installed on new vehicles.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held as follows:
