Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: *** IMPORTANT: Amendment 001 is raised to postpone the mandatory site visit indefinitely. ____________________________________________________________________ Supply and Installation of Audio Video equip E60ZR-202961/A Line 1, GSIN: N5836, Supply and Install fully functional Audio Video Systems and associated deliverables as per: Annex A Statement of Work, Annex B Bid Spec Audiovisual System Specifications for AV Installation Appendix A Room Lists Appendix B Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Appendix C General Installation and Performance Requirements Appendix D Mandatory Requirements Checklist Appendix F AV Drawing Package (AV-100, AV-101 and AV-200 to AV-216 inclusive) For installation and delivery to Eddy Street, Gatineau Quebec by July 31, 2020 Alternate or equivalent part numbers will be considered. Attendance at the mandatory site visit March 24, 2020 is required to bid on this requirement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
