Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CCTV EQUIPMENT - ST-JOHN'S COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL CENTRE 21120-154225/A Chow, Mejuine Telephone No. - (819) 956-6283 mejuine.chow@pwgsc.gc.ca The Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to purchase a new Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system (GSIN N5820D) to be installed at the St-John's Community Correctional Centre located in St-John's (NL). The primary purpose of the Internet Protocal (IP) network and CCTV system is to provide video surveillance of the internal and external areas at the Correctional Centre as described in the Statement of Technical Requirements (STR) (Refer to electronic Attachment #1). The St-John's Community Correctional Centre is a minimum security institution. Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution. The work is requested to be completed within 28 weeks after contract award. A mandatory site visit will be held at the St-John's Institution at 10:00 am (NDT) on April 23, 2015. Address: 531 Charter Avenue, St. John's (NL) A1A 1P7 Bidders must attend the site visit to be given consideration. The bidder must have at least one attendee at the site visit and the onus is on the bidders to arrive at the site in a timely manner. Bidders arriving late may not be permitted to attend the site visit. It is also a mandatory condition of this requirement that all attendees have a site clearance prior to the site visit. To apply for the site clearances, the bidders must complete a CPIC Clearance Request form (preferably in typed format) and submit the duly completed and signed forms by each participant, by fax to (819) 956-4944 or by e-mail to mejuine.chow@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca. It is a mandatory condition that the CPIC Clearance Request be submitted for the site visit. It is requested that the CPIC Clearance Requests be received by this office no later than 4:00pm EDT on April 7, 2015. Site Clearance Request Forms received after April 7, 2015 may not be accepted. A site clearance obtained for work performed under similar requirements is not acceptable. Note: After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
