Trade Agreement: LCSA/AIT Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CCTV Quebec Institutions McLaughlin, Michael Telephone No. - (819) 420-0330 michael.mclaughlin@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Objective Correctional Services Canada has a requirement to purchase CCTV servers, replace some of the existing cameras, and install additional new cameras at the following three (3) institutions: Port-Cartier, Donnacona and Federal Training Centre Institutions, which are a high or multi-level security facility. The Statement of Technical Requirements (STR) will cover the technical requirements for the required work, which will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the facility. The objective of this project is to renew, upgrade all equipment and upgrade the IP network infrastructure. Locations: Port-Cartier Institution Chemin de l'Aéroport PO Box 7070 Port-Cartier, Quebec G5B 2W2 Donnacona Institution 1537 Highway 138 Donnacona, Quebec G3M 1C9 Federal Training Centre Medium: 6099 Lévesque Boulevard east Laval, Quebec H7C 1P1 Scope The contractor will supply, install, test, and train operators and maintenance personnel on the installed equipment, as described in this STR. The contractor will provide acceptable documentation for the operation andthe maintenance of this equipment. Carefully review the nature and current indoor and outdoor condition of the institution for a final evaluation of the work to be performed on site since no extra payment may be claimed in this respect Mandatory sitevisits will be held as follows: Location: Port-Cartier Institution Date: Tuesday March 8th 2016 Time: 1:00pm Location: Donnacona Institution Date: Wednesday March 9th 2016 Time: 1:00pm Location: Federal Training Centre Date: Thursday March 10th 2016 Time: 1:00pm Bidders must attend the mandatory site visit in order to bid on this solicitation process. The bidder must have at least one attendee at the site visit (maximum 2 attendee's per bidder) and the onus is on the biddersto arrive at the site in a timely manner. Bidders arriving late may not be permitted to attend the site visit. It is also a mandatory condition of this requirement that all attendees have a site clearance prior to each site visit. To apply for thesite clearance, the bidders shall complete a CPIC Clearance Request form (preferably in typed format) along with a photocopy of the attendees driver's license and submit the duly completed and signed forms by each participant, by email to michael.mclaughlin@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca or by fax to Mike McLaughlin (819) 953-4944 It is a mandatory condition that CPIC Clearance Request forms and a photocopy of the attendee’s driver's license be submitted for EACH site visit. It is requested that the CPIC Clearance Requests be received by this office no later than 2:00pm EST on February 23rd 2016. Site Clearance Request Forms received after February 23rd 2016 will not be accepted. A site clearance obtained for work performed under similar requirements is not acceptable. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
